Name Contest Results

Dear Friends,
The results of the final round of the name contest are conclusive: Knights and Ladies of the Flame received the most votes and will therefore remain the name of our youth movement going forward.
We want to give a big thank you to all those who participated in the voting process from start to finish, as we really see this milestone as a great success. As contentious as the preceding dialogue proved to be at times, we had record amounts of participation in the vote from members all over the world, created a previously non-existent forum for a broad spectrum of voices and perspectives, and of course, we achieved the final settlement of an issue that has been debated internally for quite some time.
As we move on from the conclusion of this process, we ask that regardless of which side of the vote each of us fell on, that we all do our parts to help move this group forward positively and proactively as one unified body. If we can engage each other at anywhere close to the same intensity that we have over recent weeks, we can make serious progress in helping our community to grow, strengthen our bonds of friendship and fulfill the mission and vision we set for ourselves (see below). You can be assured the Advisory Committee will continue pursuing new possibilities, and we hope you will join us in that quest.
KLF Mission: Our mission is to provide a community that helps youth realize and fulfill their potential to become God.
KLF Vision: We envision a global community built on friendship, where youth from all walks of life are both progressing towards and achieving their Christhood. Day by day, they apply the teachings of the Ascended Masters to their personal lives, actively transforming their communities and the world into a Golden Age.
If you have ideas for how we can continue to nurture the future of this group, we will be hosting a series of KLF Open Forums in Montana at the upcoming summer events (Summer Conference, SU, KLF Retreat), as well as remotely (Skype or conference call) shortly after. These events will be an opportunity for all members to ask questions and share ideas about our community and where we are headed. Please be on the look out for those announcements this coming month, and we hope to see or hear from you soon!
With Love and Gratitude,
Joseph Angeles and Sarah Rowe

Spring Time for the Heart Flame

As spring wafts across the Northern Hemisphere, we can’t help but feel love’s stirrings. The world, once icy and still, now erupts with a colorful fantasia of life, enticing us to live anew, shedding the garments of winter for the seamless garment of our Christ Selves. We are raised up by hope which springs eternal, laughing and playing in the joyous light of our Central Sun, reclaiming ever greater portions of the night with every passing day.

In witnessing the rebirth of life during spring-time we also witness the rekindling of the flame of love–for love is life, and its rebirth symbolizes the constant cycling of the Divine Love between ourselves and our Heavenly Father. As we strive, day by day, to walk the path of the Ascension, we also strive to return back to our Central Sun that love and light which is given to us, magnified and multiplied by our good deeds.

So let the spring time in! Let it into your house, your dwelling, your soul. For the rebirth of Love is as the rebirth of the world–a transfiguration and resurrection!
