KLF Retreats!
Operations Team, Coordinator: Alex Martin
The Operations team has been working on our main goals that include improving KLF registration, working on a KLF retreat manual, & coordinating the summer KLF retreat. If you have any questions about the upcoming retreat feel free to contact Alex Martin at (iam_maestro@yahoo.com). As always we welcome you to keep our team in your prayers & thoughts, because they do make a difference.
And SAVE THE DATE! The Summer KLF Retreat, held at the Inner Retreat in Montana, will take place July 12-16th! Registration information will be available on our website soon.
Colombia, Brazil, Mexico & KLF Membership
External Relations Team, Coordinator: Christian Villanueva
We have been working closely with our brothers and sisters in Colombia to build relations and share ideas and plans for the future. We have been learning so much! Also, we are reaching out to many other international TSL youth groups to start working together including Mexico and Russia. We are also working to develop a KLF informational brochure for all TCs and a new member letter and welcome packet. Always looking for new ideas and help! Email christian_Abrahamv@hotmail.com
International Month of Fun!
Headed up by Mark Rulewski (AC Delegate)
I am currently helping to organize an exciting and fun community building initiative which you will hear about shortly. To give you a hint, it will involve getting together with your KLF friends in your area…and having enormous amounts of fun…there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get involved
. STAY TUNED!
Skype Decree Sessions and Spiritual Support
Spiritual Team, Coordinator: Claire Battersby
Currently we are working with the Colombian Spiritual Team to help support the community. We hope you’re still enjoying the Weekly Cheers. The Spiritual Team is trying our best to organize at least one decree session per week via the klf.spiritual.team Skype account. Add this name to your skype list!
Decree leaders are greatly needed! Anyone is welcome to lead (no experience is needed, simply decree on Skype while announcing each decree… easy). The leader chooses when the decree session is, whether to focus on the light towards the group or any world issues and which decrees are done. If you’d like to lead, email Claire sunshineclaire22@yahoo.co.uk
Do you have any suggestions on how the Spiritual Team could help you/the group? If so please share your ideas with Claire (using the email above).
Identity, Culture & Community
Culture Team, Coordinator: Justina Hohmann
The Culture Team has been off to a great start, meeting weekly to discuss issues about our identity and community, and start problem solve solutions. You’ll be hearing very soon about a big project we’ve been working on, so stay tuned! In the meantime, if you’re looking for a little bit of fun, join us for the first every Culture Team Social Hour this Saturday April 9th. We’ll be telling stories and having fun together. All are welcome! For details, contact Justina at: klfteams+culture@gmail.com
Branding Project
Headed up by Kathryn Dickie (AC Delegate)
Kathryn D., Sarah R. and Tara T. have formed a new team to focus on how the group is branded. We will be focusing on creating a brand…want to join? Email iamkathrynd@gmail.com
www.klfnet.com
Web Team, Coordinator: Ben Magazino
The Web Team is currently looking for ways to further integrate our web-needs (particularly KLFNET.com) into the overall TSL structure and systems. The initial steps being taken are to move the current website from a third-party hosting server to a TSL maintained hosting space. Later, we hope to further utilize the upcoming technologies that the TSL web team (guided by Ross Brunson) will be learning and adapting to the new web presence they wish to create. In the mean time, our web team is continuing to use our existing website and resources for community wide news and event updates. Questions or input? Email SurfEzBum@yahoo.com
Who is steering this ship??
Co-Chairs, Joseph Angeles & Sarah Rowe
We have been working to help keep a clear direction and vision for our wonderful team and organization! Things are moving and growing fast. Currently we are developing the bylaws for the KLF, a process that will soon involve collaboration with our international groups as well! Have ideas, input or feedback? Email srrow26@gmail.com.
